Online Courses, taught by the founder, provide participants with an opportunity to take a deep dive into a particular topic area, often one of the pillars of a more comprehensive approach to inner and/or relational transformational work. The course material is unique in many ways in that it takes an interdisciplinary approach, combining wisdom and psychology, as well as combing both study and practice.
Free live events (both online & in-person versions) give interested persons from the general public an opportunity to sample and experience some aspect of the WisdomPsych work. These are often enjoyable ways to learn and interact with the community, frequently with social time after the workshop. For an archive of such previous events (including topics, pictures, etc.), see here.
Transformational Practice Groups are, in some sense, the central axis of WisdomPsych work and vision, namely, to translate the knowledge and wisdom of this cross-disciplinary approach into reality through practice and application. It additionally fulfills the vision by doing this in community, seeing this not has just practical activity, but as a new and meaningful way of gathering, interacting, and spending time with others.
Like the Transformational Practice Groups, Optimal Relating Groups fulfill a wider vision of WisdomPsych, that is to birth new contexts of cultural activity centered around meaningful, and sometimes relatively novel, forms of relating, discovery, healing, transformation, growth, and wellness sensitized to the optimal.
Consultations provide individuals, couples, groups sessions wherein the insights and practices of WisdomPsych are brought to bear upon their unique presenting concerns. Coaching can happen in individual sessions or in larger teaching series, and is chiefly designed to educate/guide those who wish to apply the insights and practices of WisdomPsych in their own work they do with their clients.
This section of the website is regularly updated and consists of a growing body of a wide variety of resources for individual, couples, and communities, as well as well providing articles unpacking the WisdomPsych vision and/or applying its insights to various topics at varying levels (social and global, individual and relational, and even ontological).
