Topic description: What would this life be if we were so busy with the entrancements of internal and external life that we never asked one of the most obvious and vital questions a human can ask: What am I?

In this workshop, we attempt to do this, particularly focusing on the top, psychological level, of this self, drawing from psychology, neuroscience, wisdom teachers and teachings, etc.

And, far from some disembodied passing philosophical entertainment, if taken seriously, such an inquiry may have far-reaching consequences, for it is this psychological self which houses human suffering and unnecessary limitations while also carrying the secrets of their unraveling and transcendence.

Agenda for meeting: We begin our meetings with a warm-up exploration in small groups of 2-3, and then move into a brief talk. After the talk, we again gather in small groups of 2-3 for an applied exercise or group exploration, then come back together to share, and have time at end for free form connecting.

Who is it for: This event is free and open to all interested in the topic. Part of the vision of this series of events is the building of a community centered around deeper and more meaningful ways of connecting.

We will be at the lovely AT06. They kindly request you purchase a drink or other item for a minimum order of 50k.
